It is just after midnight – Captain and I just rolled in from a night of gambling. The girls are probably going to kill us.

We left the hospital to go get the boat. While we waited another customer came in and was unhappy his boat was not going to be ready today.

The service manager said he had tried to call him and had left three messages – the guy had forgot his cell phone at home.

The guy asked for a ride to the riverboat – maybe he had used all his bad luck. Captain offered him a ride IF they would let us drop him off at the boat on a dock close by.

The guy said it was no problem – he knew the security people.

We gave him a tour of the boat and he was impressed. He noticed the cabinet work Cap had done in the baths and bedrooms. When he asked who had done such a fucking great job, Cap raised his hand. Cap gave him a card.

They cleared us and we rode over to the casino. He had us pull up to an area that said No Admittance and when a guard came down to chase us away he welcomed our guest and asked that we leave our running lights on.

The guy invited us in for a drink and insisted he pay us for the ride. Every where he went people said hi and shook his hand.

We hit the gaming floor and he handed us $200 worth of chips. Cap offered to pay and the guy said if we won we could pay him back, otherwise thanks for the ride and he moved to the high roller Black Jack tables.

A waitress came up and took our drink orders and refused payment and wished us luck.

We won and won big. We asked our waitress who seemed to follow us around where we could find our benefactor and she told us he had already left.

I asked how we could pay him back and she said he didn’t want payment.

She got a giant tip and the service got even better. Cap could not lose and even I ended up way ahead.

I wished I had a smoke and the waitress asked me to follow her. We went through several doors and she requested I keep this location secret and asked what kind of cigs I smoked – two minutes later she handed me one and lit it for me.

Then she lit up herself. As luck would have it we were right beside my boat. I asked her who that boat belonged to and she laughed and told me I knew.

I pretended I was not use to seeing it from this angle and acted stupid. I felt like a fool.

So the night got older and older and the girl made much in tips and I took several smoke breaks with her and finally I quit drinking. Cap had something to eat and we invited the waitress home with us but she said she was married. We undocked and came home.

There is nobody at home. Cap checked up the hill and Stubby and Lisa were asleep and he wondered why there was an IV bag hanging above Stubby.

I checked – I didn’t have any email from my family and no posts waiting to be edited and posted. It was then that Cap remembered we had shut off our cells – it’s a rule at the casino. Since we very seldom get calls at night we never gave it a thought.

Sixteen messages later I know where everyone is at and their status. I was surprised they kept Annie overnight – she seems ‘lost’ Summer said and it was just a precaution.

Cindy and Jeni are at the big house and waiting for BBs to get home.

Denny and Will are staying at Annie’s tonight downtown – they found some great motorcycles and do not want to miss a deal.

Dani and Adam are spending the night in her new ‘overnighter’ at work.

And the strangest message of all was from the new girl working for Dani – G they call her, I have no idea why – she wondered if I was still in town – she had a problem between her ears or between something and hoped I could help her.

I didn’t get it until I read the blog more carefully. I am sure glad I do not get angry any more – I would much rather have a young chick next to my freshly fucked body then to sleep alone.

Oh well, they will be here tomorrow night. I’m going to tease her so badly today – it’s going to be a good one. YES!
