Today is our blog’s first birthday – one year we have been sharing our lives and experiences.

But none of us feel any older. In fact, I think Pops is feeling better then he has in years.

Moms left for home this evening. A change in their schedule means they had to leave a day early. They were not comfortable with a lay over in New York so Stubby went with them. He has never been to New York.

So it’s now Pops, Lisa and myself. Just like it was a year ago.

Lisa and I were reminiscing about the past year and have decided we are much better off. We also decided that we would wake Pops at midnight for an anniversary fuck.

Lisa is checking the blog to see if she can figure out what we were doing last year. It could be interesting.

We are leaving for home at 2 PM – we could actually stay a few more days but Pops says he misses the teens and I know I miss my own bed.

Lisa says she misses every one. I guess we have changed.

We have several new friends who have become our life. And we are so glad.

Good wonderful morning this new year of 2009.

Sitting on the beach (close enough) enjoying 81 degrees, sunny morning and 71% humidity.

Moms, Pops, Stubby, Lisa, and myself are all that is left. Everyone else had to go back to school or work.

I do not think I told you that the classmates, Davis, and Captain flew down the Tuesday before New Year’s to join our party.

All my work girls were ready to get back to work. The teens had to get back to school, Jeni had a doctor’s appointment – the first one for William – BBs and DenI flew commercial planning on a stop to see BBs parents vacationing in Florida.

Annie had a very important meeting and she never goes anywhere without Summer.

So Lisa and I are adding a little to our tans. Stubby is out looking for wood to carve and Moms and Pops have been locked in their room since yesterday afternoon.

We will head back on Thursday. Moms go back to work next Monday and we girls start our school assignment at the hospital on the nineteenth.

Adam made a date with me for Saturday night to see a play, have dinner and then some ballroom dancing. He really loves that stuff and I like the attention.

Debby is doing fine and out of danger according to the classmates.

So all is fine here. We’ll be back home Friday so that’ll probably the next time I update.
