Stubby escorted the girls to the great room just as Annie, Summer, Cindy, Jeni, Fire, G and BBs came rumbling in. I was on the balcony watching.

The newcomers looked like a bunch of rejects from fashion school. Their clothes were not coordinated and their hair looked like hell. A couple looked like they had two-day old makeup on. I could not believe how much effort Pops had put into this so quickly.

Lisa made all the introductions giving the ones our classmates had met earlier in the day ‘new’ names that sounded like stripper names.

Summer (now Jasmine) ran upstairs saying she had to hurry – she had another trip to make.

Pops came in with drinks for them all and Captain asked if they had any special orders for dinner. It looked so natural. Stubby reminded them we had guests coming soon and they all headed upstairs.

That was my cue. I walked down the stairs wearing a dress that was a duplicate of the one I wore at my 21st birthday party. Did I ever tell that story – I’ll have to check. I had curled my hair much the same way I wore it that night.

When I walked into great room Cg2 showed recognition and said they had already seen me once before about a year ago. I told her I was sure I would have remembered meeting her and she told me that we didn’t meet, they had just watched.

I asked where and said I did not remember that. (The hell I didn’t – Pops had clued me in – but I did not lie – I did not remember the whole night).

Cg1 said she was sure it was me. I shrugged and said it was too bad we had not met that night – I was sure we were going to be good friends.

Lisa excused herself and came back with a beautiful dress that hid very little – she had also put up her hair and had a pair of cheap ear rings on. She looked like a high priced hooker – just like me.

Stubby could see the girls were getting nervous again and started his small talk. Lisa decided to wet their appetites and asked if they recognized Stubby. No they had not met him before and Lisa asked them for a phone.

When Cg2 gave up hers, Lisa hit a few buttons and said meet Stubby except there is nothing Stubby about him.
