I Like This Job – August 04 2008 1400 by Dani

I love this job – it is 2 pm and we are done for the day. All problems have been solved – all appointments kept and all pending contracts sent for processing.

The girls are excited – the guys are painting their new home – and they are almost done. The carpet crew is due in here at 3 pm – the girls have bribed a couple of the crew to stay late and help them move in some furniture – like beds and stuff.

The kitchen is done, appliances in place but the table was backordered and two of the eight chairs came but were wrong color.

They traced it to a web error – their order was never confirmed. The site promised it would ship this morning. It’s coming from less then twenty miles away so we think it’ll be OK.

At 2 pm we shut down the elevator. They can call and leave a message on the phone system – I wished the girls good luck and I posted this and headed for home. Later.
