When I hear someone say they have tried to lose weight and the doctors have given them this and that and blah, blah, blah – well my response is FUCK YOU LIAR.

Get off your ass and FIX yourself.

If your man or lover would rather surf the Internet for pics or vids of hot women instead of looking at you or fucking you then you are doing it wrong.

Now if you do it together and get all turned on and fuck each other or masturbate each other – that is a different story – but if you can not shake your ass at your lover and turn them on – Get off your ass and FIX yourself.

It is very easy to do and has nothing to do with a slow metabolism or the portions you eat. Whatever food goes into your mouth you must make sure you burn enough energy to USE it up and not let it become fat.

Moms are in their mid-thirties. Pops says they are leaner and toner then when he first met them. They are both short but weigh barely 110.

Lisa and I gained weight in January because we had quit exercising. I think I only worked out once the whole month. I gained ten pounds. And I really did not change my appetite. I just sat on my ass. And even though I might fuck ten times a day – sex is not going to help you lose weight – unless you can fuck while exercising.

I run or fast walk two miles a day at minimum, 4 days a week. I also work the weights 4 days a week, mostly on the days I don’t run.

Since I got Lisa off her ass she has lost 14 pounds in two weeks – too fast but then again she had never exercised and she was in relative good shape when she moved in. Moms warned me to keep an eye on her but she is eating more then before – I think her body is just adjusting. I know her tummy and ass already look much better. She just hopes she does not lose her tits – she’s got plenty.

All of us girls (except Jen) weigh less then 105 lbs. And pops always says at least half of it is our tits. Yet we eat whatever the fuck we want and when we want. Bloated and getting ready for the fucking bad week of the month – would it not be nice to pig out for a couple of days and know that you are not going to blow up into a pig? It’s easy. Get of your ass and exercise. I feel so much better the rest of the day after a good workout and hot shower – it energizes me.

Moms taught us girls that 4 days a week is all we need. The extra energy we have from the workout is worth it alone but to be the same size I was at 16 except my tits have grown is great.

I don’t want you to do anything else but walk and hopefully run – maybe do some stretching or weights or simple exercises.

Chart your weight loss – don’t try to loss it all in the first month – moms say losing a pound a month is plenty fast because it is unlikely you’ll gain it back. If you have lots of excess you might lose a bunch in a hurry and I guarantee you’ll feel better.

Jeni started her exercise routine this morning when she noticed she was getting love handles. She is a bit overweight but she is young enough that it is stored in all the right places.

But she did not start this rant – one of my new Imail friends who has been living our life with us since about the middle of January wrote that she was in exactly the same position TrulyBlue was in. But she had tried and tried to lose weight and when she read that we all overate chocolate when we were shopping - well she did the same.

What she didn’t know was that the next morning we all ran on the treadmill an extra mile. Running on a treadmill is easy and you can start slow then run at a good speed – slow back down and walk the last 4 or 5 minutes. Annie does not even break a sweat for two miles. It takes less then thirty minutes to run two miles once you get in shape.

But you don’t need a treadmill – get outside and run around the block or subdivision. Anywhere – walk the mall – run at the local school – have your lover chase you around the bed. Anything is better then nothing.

We have incentives to keep us going – for one, have your lover watch you run or run with you. We have three treadmills – one for each mom and one for pops. Pops is between moms so that he can walk and watch both their asses.

If he thinks they slow down too much he can goose them. He also tells them how nice their ass or tits look when they bounce.

Sometime he’ll get hard and offer them a great fuck when they finish or get them to run another mile or whatever. Once momtoo sat on the treadmill in front of him and sped it up and told him if he could catch her she’d do ANYTHING he wanted for the rest of the day.

He had to walk a mile at above three miles an hour. He did it at almost four miles an hour and his reward? Nothing – he already got it watching her tits bounce while he walked. She did screw him. He pulled her off the treadmill and sat her on his dick and then he started the treadmill and tried to walk while fucking – it didn’t work – too awkward.

Moms told me they both have tried it several times.

So get off your ass and do something – it won’t be quick but you’ll soon be able to fuck longer and in more positions.
