Dani and Lisa’s Trip Update

Two, three or maybe more days ago, William gave us all high speed Internet cards to use in our portables. Jen installed them and programmed them to automatically switch to which ever network is most secure. If we are in the cabin, we are on Pops network. If we are on the deck outside the great room then it might be Pops but more likely it’ll be William’s network.

If we are driving down the road at about 80 we are probably using William’s network but we might be on anyone’s since they all share. BUT we know we are secure when we are asked for login info and passwords. It is really cool to drive down the road drinking coffee, eating some coffee cake AND surfing the web all while traveling in the wrong direction very quickly – and writing posts.

We love this. We can even send real time messages to anyone back at the cabin using our internal mail client. It is great.

So here we are making great time. We’ll pull into the campus at about 5:05 – way ahead of schedule – but Lisa has a friend that insisted we wake her up no matter what time we arrived and she has twin beds for us to borrow since our first appointment is not until 8 – I have no idea why we left so early.

I asked if she had anything bigger – Lisa says she is partially bi – like for three people and she said she’d get a shower – Lisa says we may not get home for a week – she may have to come with us – I got to be with Pops when he gets his results.

So far so good. BTW, we heard the Captain pulled a muscle in his back – Janet told us she jigged when she should have jagged - Jen has already given him a massage – Annie thinks he just trying to exceed his personal record. If I was there I’d make sure he did –on well, next time.
