Pops is trying to figure out how we all got sick. The classmates have not been here since Saturday. Lisa and I did not go to school yesterday and only saw the classmates for a few minutes Monday.

And so far we all got sick once and it is over. The teens even went horseback riding they are feeling so good and it is such a beautiful day.

I called the classmates and they are fine. I even called our instructor – he is at school – same thing, sickness lasted about three hours.

Captain says he knows it was not in his head and Stubby says his private parts know it too.

Red called wanting to drop Fish by. She said when she called the school to report the girls being sick, the receptionist said they had over thirty calls so far.

So I guess one of those three hour stomach viruses flew by.

Pops finished his famous pancakes for lunch. We eat them one at a time covered with butter, fruit and syrup. Pops has four electric griddles and six pan griddles on the stove plus the built in griddle in the island that can cook four pancakes.

He has a system to pour the pancakes – 8 inches round - come back and turn them and brush with butter then remove them on the next pass pouring more as he goes.

I’ve seen him keep 12 people eating for a half hour. Pops times things to let him eat one between pouring and the first flip.

Anyway, we were all full and no one got sick. As I said the kids went riding and it’s been almost two hours – they are either fine or so sick they can’t get home.

Captain saw them on the other side of the river a while ago so we figure they are fine.

I just noticed the trees are starting to turn. I bet it’s going to be beautiful this year.

Well, maybe another little nap then write a story about Stubby and his village.
