We are all sick. I figure gB caught a bug at school and gave it to all of us because she got sick first – about 1 pm Sunday followed by her sister then mother then baby brother and Liz.

gB made some banana bread Sat evening and asked Pops to taste her dough several times. They were sharing a spoon which is something Captain has bitched at both of them about.

Pops got sick in the middle of the Bears game and then almost everyone came down with it over night.

The johns have been busy. I checked with the girls in town and the classmates and they are fine. It seems the people that ate the bread get it faster.

I was not here that night but did eat some last night. I am starting to feel the effects.

Stubby, who ate half of the last loaf is still fine but Lisa is terribly sick.

So I am sure the bloging will be sparse for a bit. Red and Fish are in Momtoo’s room. Pops and Captain are in the boathouse.

GB is really hurting. Fish finally settled down after several bottles of electrolytes and several diaper changes.

For a while we just wrapped a diaper around him and wanted for the results.

Lisa said antibiotics might help since Stubby who still has some in his system is still fine.

Pops says bullshit – Stubby is fine because his entire system was made stronger from all the ‘river water’ (moonshine) he drank over the years.

I did see Pops raid his medicine cabinet for antis looking for something less then a year old.

The classmates are coming out after work and bringing stuff for us. They’ll come sooner if needed.

New news – Liz just came down and confessed that she may have put a little of that infamous rock salt ‘into’ the ice cream instead of into the ice she made Saturday night.

She is not sure but Mom said it did taste more salty then usual. Pops checked the brine, whatever that is and said he can feel the salt in it so we are not sure.

One thing - Stubby did not eat any ice cream – he sneaked a cigarette and when he got back the ice cream was all gone.

Liz is still yelling/bitching/yelling at him from her room even though he is in the kitchen making chicken soup for us all.

Liz just yelled asking Lisa to shut him off for a month whenever he smoked. Lisa responded he was already cutoff for being an asshole.

Liz is laughing between her yelling/bitching. This is going to be a long day – it’s already been a long night.
